RPM Mechanical Inc., ISO 9001:2000 Certification

Cost-conscious industrial producers require their suppliers to deliver the best quality product with the quickest turn around time, otherwise their own product will suffer and ultimately they can’t be competitive in today's fast moving marketplace. With this in mind RPM Mechanical decided to answer this need by adopting and implementing a recognized ISO 9001 certification standard to put the process of quality review and continuous improvement at the forefront of their operations.

The ISO 9001:2000 designation comprises a multi-faceted quality management system for companies. The standard is published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), a worldwide federation of national standards bodies, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

To be certified, a company must implement multi-level quality management structures and procedures in accordance with the IS0 9001:2000 standard, they also must be audited and recommended for certification by an ISO-approved independent auditor. RPM Mechanical was audited and approved by SGS Registrars (SGS) in November 1999.
